Tested with v21.02.06, same behavior on my sw25 as with v19.08.01.
Same as what I commented in the v21.02.06 post.

To be more specific, at the very moment the car starts, the steering wheel turns sharply to the right and continues to pull in that direction while the car continues to run.
Impossible to stop compensating the steering wheel to the left or to release it.
It only occurs as soon as the car starts moving. It stops if you stop the car.

This appears to be settings related.
Can you try setting overall "Vibrations" to 0 to confirm this,
You can then individually set the sub-settings to isolate the errant effect(s).

@sim-plicity-dev Just to confirm, I am on v.21.07.02, the game works perfectly in game mode. No need to set vibrations to zero. I can play with the same or similar settings to WRC 10.
          Tx.

Thanks for confirming "Game Mode" better supports WRC 9 & 10. We'll update the Sim Support Matrix to reflect.
