We’re excited to announce a major shift in our software and firmware management process. To address scalability challenges as we expanded to 27 wheelbase configurations, 17 Team Wheel DIY Controllers, and new Motion Actuators and Racing Pedals, we’ve streamlined operations with the Team Manager application:

Key Changes:
Single Unified Application
A single software application now detects, configures, monitors, and manages all connected devices (wheelbases, Steering Wheels, DIY controllers, Motion Actuators, Racing Pedals). No more juggling multiple installers or configurations manually.
Simplified Installer & Updates
One installer replaces the previous complex setup of 5 releases × 16 configurations × 3 components (firmware, desktop app, installer) as used in the 21.07 release cycle with a single self-updating
Team Manager application.
Users now install
Team Manager once and selectively update individual devices as needed.
Reduced Overhead & Faster Updates
Eliminated redundant build/test cycles: fewer steps for us mean faster, more reliable updates rolled out through automated systems.
How It Works:
Download the
Team Manager application, which auto-detects your connected hardware.
Access configuration tools, firmware updates, and diagnostics directly from
Team Manager’s dashboard.
Receive automatic notifications for critical patches or feature upgrades (opt into Beta channels if preferred).
Why This Matters:
For You: One app to manage everything, fewer compatibility headaches, and seamless updates.
For Us: Streamlined workflows let us focus on innovation rather than maintenance.
Next Steps:
Team Manager will be released on 31st March
